Hi, I'm Olivia! A proud alumna of Towson University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Mass Communications & Strategic Public Relations.

After graduating in 2013, I dove headfirst into the world of real estate, teaming up with my father, Joe Stephens, Jr., a seasoned broker-owner with almost four decades of experience. Together, we founded The Stephens Team.

Driven by a passion for learning and growth, I've dedicated myself to expanding my knowledge and expertise. I've completed over 200 hours of continuing education since obtaining my license, constantly striving to better serve my clients.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of representing the interests of numerous buyers and sellers, building strong relationships, and earning a loyal base of repeat and referral clients.
